               BERLINER "RATCHET WIND"

This is one of the most sought-after, early Berliner gramophones,   distinguished because of the "ratchet" winding system, as opposed to the superseding design of the hand crank on top of an externally mounted spring.  Very few of these were made and survive until this day.  This is an all-original, historical piece.  #6031

                  BERLINER HAND-CRANK PHONOGRAPH

A very well-made replica of a Berliner hand-crank gramophone, complete with an original record. This is a fine display item for your collection, costing a small fraction of an original.  #6773
